In this lesson designed for young ballet dancers, we'll work on the 5 positions of arms and feet, learn basic movements such as passé and tendu, and have a nice stretch for beautiful long lines!
Make sure you have enough safe space to move around. Try to follow class routines like wearing proper attire/shoes.
